What is vapour blasting?

Vapour blasting is a form of abrasive blasting that uses water mixed with an abrasive media such as glass beads, aluminum oxide, or crushed glass to clean and prepare surfaces.

A perfect process that brings your part back to its original factory OEM finish.

We use only PREMIUM VIXEN VAPOUR UNITS giving you that perfect final finish.

Does Vapour blasting remove material?

Will it damage the surface?

No, vapour blasting is unlike dry blasting it's more of a polishing or lapping process and burnishes or peens the surface. The final finish is left non porous, perfect for that long lasting shine. The water acts as a lubricant and alters the angle in which the media strikes the surface reducing the impact and material removal.

Our units clean by FLOW not IMPACT, creating a final non porous surface that gives it a luscious factory look.
